Thompson is based out of Denver, Colorado and will focus on building relationships and providing service to national clients in the retail space. Bluewater offers a number of retail solutions including technology-forward fixtures, point-of-purchase displays, digital signage, and other innovative customer-facing technologies.
Thompson has a unique skill-set and proven track record of using successful, high-performance manufacturing experience to secure sales. Thompson has used technology-forward fixtures, sound and methodical business judgment, excellent leadership and negotiation skills to ensure top performance.
Prior to starting at Bluewater, Thompson was a regional sales manager for Crown Metal Manufacturing, Inc, a leading manufacturer of custom metal P.O.P. displays, fixtures and merchandising hardware systems for retailers. He also spent 14 years with Harbor Industries as a business development manager and later senior project manager. At Harbor Industries Thompson was responsible for such accounts as Target Corporation, Starbucks, and Walmart. He ignited 1,900 percent growth with the Target account, bringing it from $200 thousand per year to over $6 million per year.
